Leiomyoma of the Round Ligament -A Case Report-

Abstract

|
A 37-year old patient was surgically treated for a tumor the size of a msn's fist, located on the right of the uterus and appeared to be either a ovarian tumor or an uterine myoma.
Laparotomy revealed a solid tumor in the uterine round ligament, about 3cm apart from the uterine horn, and histologically diagnosed as a leiomyoma.
We have experienced a case a leiomyoma in the round ligament and it is reported witha brief review.
